Quando da piccola guardavo Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie della Disney, uno dei miei pezzi preferiti era senza dubbio quello in cui Alice veniva mandata dal Bianconiglio a cercare i suoi guantini cerimoniali. 
Ovvio, un coniglio con panciotto e orologio da taschino non può non indossare anche i guantini bianchi.

Ingredients For the cookies:

200g flour 100g sugar 100g butter, softened


zest 3 egg yolks 2 lemons

- Cover with a cloth and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pull out of the refrigerator, roll out the pastry and train biscuits. Put them back in the fridge for an hour
- Bake cookies right out of the fridge and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden at the edges.
- When completely cool, proceed to the decoration of the base.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing dark, alternately, egg white and sugar.
- Pour into a pastry bag with round tip (the No. 2 is fine) and form the outer profile of the biscuit. Then pour a little 'inside of frosting and spread evenly to make. Proceed with all the cookies and allow to dry thoroughly (I did dry one day, but it takes much less!)
