PUDDING AL PANETTONE E CARAMELLO ispirato a Nigella Lawson

Mi sono ispirata al Caramel croissant pudding di Nigella per questo dolce. E' perfetto per recuperare quell'avanzino di panettone che ristagna da dopo le feste! E' facile, velocissimo ma soprattutto una bomba!

Ingredienti per 2 porzioni belle toste :)

100g di zucchero
50ml circa di acqua (o quanto basta a far dissolvere lo zucchero)
250ml di latte (o metà latte and half cream)
2 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon liqueur (I used the Witch, but I can see well with rum) 2
