Last Tuesday I had the pleasure of attending a course at the cookery school Notebooks and Stoves .
This corner is dedicated to fans of the kitchen door was cut into hyper, in Milan, in the event space Ideal Place.
The first thing that struck me was the reception: teachers Federica and Anna are two volcanoes of sympathy and welcome you as if you saw a lot of time! Always with a smile, they reveal their secrets and their tricks for a flawless dinner, chef-proof!
All thanks to the innate passion for cooking, which gave a turning point in their lives with the decision to test in questa avventura.
La cucina è ampia, spaziosa e c'è spazio per tutti per muoversi, alternandosi nei ruoli ai fornelli.
E quindi tra pesci sfilettati e stagliuzzate alla verdura, abbiamo preparato una cena tutta a base di pesce dai sapori francesi.
Questo è l'antipasto, una tartare di aringa affumicata, mela verde e curry: a dir poco favolosa! La portata che ho più gradito in assoluto (mi sono anche sbaffata quella di Gaietta :P). Non amo tantissimo questo tipo di pesci forti (tollero appena lo sgombro), ma alleggerito da una marinatura nel latte e dalla freschezza della mela è uno spettacolo!
Altro antipastino sfizioso: vongole alla provenzale, da mangiare fredde con un intingolo a base di panna fresca, aglio e prezzemolo. Inutile dire che anche stavolta ho fatto il bis :D
E...il piatto forte! La bouillabaisse! Non avevo mai mangiato una zuppa di pesce in "bianco" e ho apprezzato :))
Servita con patate, pane, salse rouille e aioli, di cui mi sono strafogata all'inverosimile (e il giorno dopo l'aglio non mi dava tregua!!!!! Salsa aioli anti vampiro, decisamente :D)
short, if you are in and around Milan, highly recommend to attend their courses , because you are having fun with friends, and what better way is there to learn than this?
I will from here again next week for a menu of Mediterranean ethnic and I can not wait!
